Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. I will spent the time needed prior to actual constructution to make sure that the work to be performed is just exactly what you want.
I am honest, and will work by the hour, no job is to large or to small, always available and ontime. I am a remodeling professional with 35 total years in the industry.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. More often than not, let the professionals handle the more difficult jobs! Homeowners sometimes tackle jobs they cannot properly handle and end up having problems down the road.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Are you experienced in the work that I desire?
Is the referal companay fair in there participation as well and not taking a large sum for themselves that always transfers back to the homeowner?
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. People usually have pictured in there mind what they want. To portray that vision to the contractor is usally fairly easy but often that vision seldom translates into an acurate accessment into what they think the project is worth. Expecially with older home remodeling. Bottom line is be prepaired to spend more than you think.
