- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard isn't really in my vocabulary. I will take on the project that I can handle in the time frame/deadline and charge appropriately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Seeking the information of the project; detailed as possible, font type, all the text the client desires, the "VISION" behind their project. All very important factors.
