FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing off of the job and area that I would be working in. due to fuel prices going up I have a surcharge of 20 dollars for showing up. I have a hourly rate of $60.00 an hr or for maintenance on appliances I charge $180.00 and up depends on what going on with that certain appliance job. I'm fair with my pricing and I'm always willing to talk about the price if the customer thinks it might be to much.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I greet the customer and then go over what things need to be done. I'll talk about the pricing and if the customer has any questions then I'll answer them the best I can . when I finish the job I email them a invoice and then they have a few ways to pay for the job that was finished by Hill Top Repair handyman.
