Charlie was very responsive and communicative. He thought the project out, and took care of everything needed to make sure things went smoothly. He kept me in the loop from start to finish and was always professional in his conduct and communication.
I was a little nervous being out of state and needing to figure out paying deposit, verifying job completion, etc but he followed through on everything and was very transparent throughout the process.
This was a project we've been trying to complete for some time now (custom window well covers) and he was able to get it done in less than 24 hrs from contact for significantly less money and effort than it would have cost me to go somewhere else.
I will definitely keep his contact info on hand for future handyman services and recommend him to anyone looking!! Was a real lifesaver. Thanks again!
