Genie cleaning is Fantastic! We were moving out of our apartment of 12 years and originally thought we’d clean ourselves. We were overwhelmed, and decided to hire Genie at the last minute, I’m very glad we did. They were super responsive, I had an appointment for the next day booked within 15 minutes. They did an amazing job, the apartment looks move in ready. I would absolutely recommend them!

The ladies who cleaned this condo were fantastic! Some back story - I rented from Vrbo for a 3 week stay in Park City and when I arrived, I felt the condition of the condo left something to be desired. After 2 days I realized that after a short time post shower my feet looked dirty so I put some white socks on and walked around. OMG they were brown in a few minutes. In comes the Genie housekeepers and they scrubbed this place thoroughly and now it sparkles and smells amazing. Thank you so very much. I will definitely be using them again this trip!

They were really helpful on quickly help cleaning with a little bit of organizing my house. Especially my daughter nightmarish room. I even appreciate that they managed to somehow tighten the knob in my shower head that I’ve been having trouble with. It would’ve been 5 star, I just noticed they forgot to Mop the kitchen I even stepped outside and got out of there Way so they can mop and dry without anyone walking in and out on the wet floor. They Spot clean but did not mop. They used the neighbors trash cans, even though I told the guy before he started the trash containers are literally behind my car, right out the living room window You can see my car and the trash cans in the back. Ok fine they where moving fast and forgot. Once I discovered the error I asked him to please remove all the trash bags out the neighbor trash container, because he will make a big deal. My neighbor is an A** as it is, I really try not to deal with him. In the end when they left the house was clean, kitchen counter top wipe down, but the kitchen not mop. They place trash place in the neighbors container and did not remove it after I asked him to please do & he said he would and didn’t. So I had to go in that man trash and take all the bags out. So I’m truth I would’ve give maybe 3.5 star. Not mopping the kitchen for me was a big deal, the trash was a 2nd headache. I used another company before and she was perfect and actually did a whole lot more than they did for about the same price. I just couldn’t find her info on time and I’m not sure I saw her info on Thumbtack anymore. There’s a possibility they might’ve been running behind so they rushed the job and forgot those 2 things. But that have nothing to do with me & my time that I was paying for since they were about 2 hours late because they were behind. I left work early to accommodate them, since they told me they running behind I decided to take the time and run some errands. Even after an hour pass on my errand they were still behind, I simply waited patiently. Please try and do better next time for a job you’re being paid to do. Other than that thanks for the rest of the house.
