Introduction: My work stands out from others because my passion for what I do shows through my work. I absolutely love what I do, and no one will ever stand in my way of my dreams.. Some of my aspirations as a makeup artist includes working jobs in new cities, states and countries with the high end films, working with the high end actors, models and meeting new people on the way. I love being with my clients and understanding who they are as a person and learning what drives them to do what they do. I love the inspiration that I get from each and every job. I enjoy watching what I've created come to life whether that be for a wedding, photoshoot or live film.

Shanna was absolutely incredible! She is extremely professional and very well educated. Shanna knew how to do my make up for my exact skin tone and face shape. Not only did my complexion look amazing in my pictures (unedited) it looked incredible in person. I showed up without any make up on and by the time she was done I felt beautiful and confident. Shanna really took the time to do my make up but also was very time efficient. Her conversation was appropriate and made me feel very comfortable. As she was doing my make up she educated me on what she was doing and how to do it myself, she explained the products she was using and where I could get them. I will definitively be using Shanna again and will recommend her to everyone I know. Overall I had an Outstanding experience!

I am a professional photographer in Park City, and I manage my own creative agency (www.carlaboecklin.com). Shanna is amazing. She filled in at a photo/film shoot at the very last minute when another MUA called in sick. She couldn't have been friendlier, more willing to help & contribute, or more fun to have on our set. Everyone loved her -- and, to boot, she arrived armed with suggestions & ideas that were perfect for the tone of the shoot. Her work was immaculate. Absolutely beautiful. And when we ran late, she stayed long after she was due to leave to ensure that everyone was camera-ready & looking fabulous. Thank you, Shanna, for sharing your generosity & talent!

Very considerate, checked to make sure I was not allergic to any make-up as well as my preferences on powder or liquid. She was very open to my comments and whether I liked what she was doing or not. Of course I loved it. She also brought some books of different looks for me to review and pick from for my shoot.

Shanna has done my makeup four or five times now, every single time I have loved it so much, the way she applies makeup I think is the best and I think everyone should follow the way she does it because it turns out perfect every time, plus she is gentle and kind with the way she does your makeup. Not only are her make up skills out of this world she is also a great person with awesome rapport skills. If you need your makeup done for any occasion I suggest Shanna!! You will never regret it.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always refresh my memory by taking new classes and workshops to learn the newest and up to date styles of makeup. You have never learned too much, there is always more to learn no matter what you do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a lot of photo shoots, video shoots, weddings, special occasions, classes and live events. I would really love to start doing a wider variety and more of these jobs including: film & print, photo and video shoots, weddings, television, runway, promotional events, special occasions, etc.
