Massage Therapy

I offer a wide variety of services including deep tissue/Swedish, injury massage, Russian sports massage, structural bodywork, reflexology or zone therapy, and craniosacral. I have a wide range of clients and offer suggestions for preventative care including stretching and strengthening exercises.

I also offer free 30 minute massages if you refer a friend to me.

My specialties are deep tissue, injury massage, sports massage, and reflexology.

  I have been searching for a good massage therapist since moving to SLC 3 years ago, and I had yet to find one that I felt was competent in his/her work and knowledgeable about athletes' bodies and sports-related injuries.
  I happened to stumble across Sarah's website last week, so I called for an appointment to schedule an hour-long massage.
  I explained to Sarah that I was a climber, and that I needed deep-tissue work to relax my extremely tight shoulders and upper-traps.
  Sarah was AWESOME!!! I could tell that she instinctively knew what muscles to work on and what areas of my back and shoulders were tight. She definitely gave good deep-tissue work, and the next couple of days after my massage, my body felt more loosened and relaxed, and I was actually able to climb stronger!
  I highly recommend Sarah to anyone. Not just athletes like myself, but anyone who wants a knowledgeable and well-trained massage therapist to do deep-tissue work or Swedish or Russian massage (just talk to Sarah about your needs - she'll know what type of work to do for you!)
