I will not only present you correct physical exercise strategies; I will also demonstrate mental exercises. I will inspire you to maintain motivation and exercise determination. To break one's negative habits is one of the most difficult things that one can face. Together, we will replace negative habits with positive ones. You will develop habits that bring you happiness and uplift your spirit through fitness, good health, and mental charity. I have over a decade of experience and am a certified personal trainer, performance enhancement specialist (sports trainer), and a fitness nutrition specialist (nutritionist), as accredited by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I've been lucky enough to be on channel two news and featured in the city weekly.
