While I like to focus on my photography skills, my 8-year professional history involves a lot of experience in video shooting/editing, graphic design, web and user interface design, concept art, and more.

As far as photography goes, I'm open to shooting most any event or portrait, but my favorite shoots might have tattoos, colored hair, and piercings. I would also like to start dealing with pet photography, but my portfolio is light in that department (which means you can get some great deals on pet photography!).

    We contacted Monk Fu on short notice to put some shine on the web site that we created with a template and were launching that week. The time line was tight, and it was a small job for them. Still, they treated us great and met every demand we made. We were so happy with their work that we re-hired them immediately to create album covers and display ads. Everything Monk Fu did for us exceeded our expectations. And most importantly, they came in on time and below budget.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. If you want quality work, you want a person to ask you as many questions as it takes to understand exactly what you need. If he/she isn't asking enough questions, there is a chance there will be far too much back and forth after the first round ... back and forth that could have been avoided with more questions and greater understanding in the beginning.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I think what sets me apart from others that do what I do is that I actually love to figure out new and creative ways to do what we do, day in and day out. Also, I still use pencils and sketchbooks.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like that I cover a lot of different mediums. It's hard to get bored with your work when you're doing photography one day, and designing a website the next. I also love that I get to work from home and spend a lot of time with my dogs.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. They usually ask me what I DON'T do. And that answer is plumbing. I'm just not into it. I'll stick to cameras, computers, and pencils thank you.
