Introduction: I offer Thai partner yoga therapy, Swedish massage, and deep tissue massage. My specialty, Thai partner yoga therapy, is a unique blend of massage therapy and yoga. It is a superior therapy for the mind, body, and spirit. It creates feelings of relaxation as it releases worry, fatigue, and distressing emotions from the mind-body system. In our stress-filled world, where overthinking creates chronic anxiety, sleeplessness, and mental exhaustion, Thai partner yoga therapy unifies the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical aspects of the individual to create feelings of wholeness and well-being. In addition to these mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits, Thai Partner Yoga Therapy provides many physical benefits. It is an excellent tool to support healing and pain reduction. It is an excellent tool for managing chronic illness. I am a licensed massage therapist and a certified yoga instructor with an excellent base of training and skills.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

As a therapist I focus on two major aspects in body work. The physical and spiritual well being. Through essential oils, and energy techniques I create a space for relaxation to come to the body. Then I work on the individual muscles that are causing pain and stress.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Looking for a body worker you resonate with can be difficult. Even though I have done massage for two years, I still struggle finding someone who fits my needs and expectations. I have found that when looking for a practitioner I need someone who really cares for me and my body during a session. I need someone sensitive and in-tune enough to create a truly healing session. Be picky and trust your gut. Pay attention to how you feel before, during, and after a body treatment. You should feel enjoyment during the treatment, and relieve after. Let yourself really enjoy the therapist you are going to.
