We have ceramic, powder, plasma, soli dry films and polymers.
We are Utah's premier specialty automotive coatings supplier and applicator. With strong roots in the racing community, we only apply high-performance coatings to your vehicle. We offer polished aluminum (black, silver and titanium), custom powder coating, bearing and piston coatings, clear protective and heat dispersion coatings. Ceramic coatings enhance performance, maintains pipes cooler, shields expensive components and increases exhaust flow.
All of our ceramic coatings can deal with a minimum of 1200F with stainless or aluminum steel plasma coatings covering well over 2000F. Most coatings can be used to new or used exhaust elements. Coatings can be used on the outside and inside of your parts on most metals, and we have a fast turnaround. Each coating we offer is applied under rigorous quality standards and is guaranteed to be the finest end product. We provide a broad range of coatings for the restoration, racing, recreational, off-road vehicle and aviation industries. All of our coatings offer these benefits.
We apply coatings for the OE, diesel, manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, mining, oil and gas, military and energy industries. Our business of industrial coatings include plastic polymers, solid dry films, corrosion inhibitors and thermal barriers. Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure they have a proven track record in the industry. We have a combined 16 years in the Coatings, Automtotive Additive and Car Suspension Parts profession. With technology specific applications knowing which application is best suited for your car or truck can make all the difference in the world.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I would wish that I knew why coatings and higher quality parts are important and why I should spend money on them. - When cars are driven the exhaust expelled out of the engine goes through a number of pipes before it is sent out of the back of your vehicle. This high temperature gas heats up the exhaust pipe as it is traveling through it. As the pipes are heated it "soaks" through the metal and heats the areas around it. The engine compartment of your car can become a place where temperatures will rise as a result of high exhaust temperatures heating up the pipes under the hood. Keeping an engine cooler is a way of improving its efficiency. By coating exhaust pipes the heat is kept in the pipe and funneled out of the vehicle instead of heating up your engine compartment. Other coatings can also help reduce friction and cut down on wear and tear on parts. This "sacrificial" coating will take the beating rather than the part. This has been proven in extreme cases where engines have been fried but coated pistons have come out still intact and useable. Many times people will just think a coating is to make a part "look good" but the other qualities thermal protection, part protection, and friction reduction also help to make coating much more valuable in the long run.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. What are the benefits to coating engine and exhaust parts? How long have you been in the coating business? Why would you suggest coating engine and exhaust parts? What is the cost to benefit ratio of coating parts? Why are coatings and additives effective in helping cars and trucks run more efficiently?
