Introduction: I provide pick up, and will take your laptop or desktop to my office repair the existing issue. Perform a full diagnostic on the rest of the system in order to ensure there are not other lingering or hidden issues not previously noticed ensuring that I return your system as close to new as possible. I check to ensure all the software is fully up to date and functioning properly. I cleanup any existing junk files such as cookies, cash, temporary internet files, and any other junk files that collect over time slowing your system down. Sometimes to a crawl. I also give your system a good cleaning, IE blow out any and all that has collected throughout the system over time. I wipe free any debris, bust particles, and anything else that may have collected on the system over its life. I offer any recommendations I may have in terms of regular maintenance going forward, updates that you should look out for on a regular basis, as well any additional software you may be interested in down the road. All this is included in every system I work on as part of my regular service adding tremendous value to the overall experience, and leaves you walking away feeling you got the best bang for your buck...
