- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of job I perform is the setup of a new desktop, laptop, printer, router or other such hardware. Having me do it gives my clients the peace of mind that there new setup of computers and computer related equipment is setup in a professional efficient manner right from the get go without the hassle of having to remove all the hardware, and then make sure that hardware is connected in all the right places and configured properly.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always look for a provider that is licensed and carries general liability insurance, as well as basic workers comp insurance. This insures that both you, or your business, as well as the tech providing the services are protected in the unlikely event that something goes wrong. I am licensed, carry 1 million dollars in general liability insurance, and am covered by Workers Compensation Fund of Utah.
