Jean was great. I messaged in the morning and he was able to come by that afternoon to look at the project and give an estimate and then come by the next day to do the work. He communicated clearly about when he would be at my house and was there when he said he would be. He was very careful and tidy with his work. He listened and offered solutions and was able to finish all of my Ethernet wires and made everything (wires, network switch, poe adapter) fit neatly in the preexisting box. The printed labels for the wires was a neat surprise. I would definitely hire again.

This is by far the best experience I have with any electrical work in my home. Jean did an amazing job today, he went above and beyond, very knowledgeable, easy to work with and less than 20 minutes, things are back to normal. I have earlier today another technician from a different company came in and after checking the panel box and the wirings he estimated $11,000 plus to get the problem fixed. It only cost me $80 with Jean because the problem was not the panel box nor the wirings. It was a simple fix. I highly recommend Jest for any electrical needs for your home.
