Situs was a referral from a friend of mine who had a a couple very positive experiences with him. Said he was very fair, punctual, and clean. I gave him a try and I found exactly the same. He did a great job but I felt it to be a relatively straight forward job that didn’t have too many snags in it. He knocked it out of the park.
So, as a further test, I gave him a second job (building) that was far uglier, deteriorated, and demanded a tremendous amount of attention to detail. The building was HAMMERED like an old structure left to rot. He worked tirelessly to blast it, seal it, block fill it, paint it, and detail out all the wrought iron railings and such. The before and after is truly beyond belief. For $5,000, he added $150,000 of value to my property.
Since that trial, he’s done work on my home and I’ve referred him to everyone I know. 100% feedback from all. Not a single complaint.
