- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based mostly on square footage and size of the work requested. We also offer a prepayment discount of 10% if paying for treatment services for the season in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most often we can provide an estimate for work by measuring property online or visiting the property in person. Our goal is to accomplish this estimate in 1-2 days maximum. Some work can be completed the same day or within 1-3 business days depending on type of service and scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Arborist & Turf Specialist. I am licensed with the State of Utah as a Pesticide applicator for Oranamental & Turf as well as Structural.
