Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Our two most common types of jobs on the Moving side of things would have to be loading and unloading trucks that customers have rented for themselves or full service moves which we go into a home and pack up all of their belongings and move it from one location to another. Our two most common types of cleaning jobs would have to be move out cleans and weekly and bi-weekly jobs which we do each and everyday here at Helping Hands Moving and Maids. Each and everyone of our customers have different needs and we try to provide a service to meet each and every one of them.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We are willing to go the extra mile each and every time we render one of our services. We take pride in customer satisfaction and understand how important referrals are to sustain a businesses growth. We treat customers as if they were our very own family and treat their belongings as if it was our very own. We have built our business over the years with our hard work and dedication to our customers and not by paying out thousands of dollars each month to advertise. Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We love meeting and working with new people and establishing a relationship of trust with them. Nothing beats going out each and everyday and making new friends and having people genuinely appreciate our hard work. We take pride in what we do each and everyday and want to show the world that we are truly movers and maids who care about them and what they have worked so hard to get in their lives. Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. We have been in the industry for quite some time now and always have been marveled at the amount of complaints we saw each and everyday from Movers and Maids who didn't take pride in what they did. So we made a promise to ourselves that we would change that by starting our own company and providing what others weren't... Great customer service and true pride for what we do.
