Very responsive and very easy to work with. Felt very comfortable having Spencer in our home and he did great work! Our piano was a tough instrument to fix and we are pleased with his work. Spencer did an excellent job tuning our Kawaii, which was much overdue for extensive TLC. He took the time to explain in detail what would be needed to get the piano back in playing order. Since I hadn’t had it tuned in more than 20 years he will come back in a couple of months to check on it. It sounds wonderful!
