Question and answer
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Our most common jobs are T-shirts for silk screening, Polo's for embroidery and water bottles and key chains for our ad ware. We can do many other items. We also do what most of the other companies won't. Let us take a look at what you have and we will work with you as a person and client and not a number.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure you are not paying or buying into the sales of set up fees for embroidery or silk screening. These fees should be included in the price and not out of pocket.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Do not buy your shirts and then bring them to your decorator. Let them buy them. In the long run, you pay more for having you buy them.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Ask about their clients. Do they have many returning customers or not. If they do not, you will know that they quality is not the highest. Beware of the big shops. Often times you are a number rather than a client.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. You should have at least an idea of what you are designing. Most shops charge between $60-$70 per hour for graphic design. We charge $35 per hour for such.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What shirts should I use for my job. If you want to embroider on t-shirts, you are wasting money. Save your embroidery to higher quality apparel.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. We recently did a job for a game programming company. They took our shirts to a convention and sold almost all of them. Other Companies requested our name to do their shirts in the future.
