We had our ducts cleaned last year. Samson performed the work and he did a great job! Sadly, we just had our carpets "cleaned" by Royalty. The guys were nice that showed up ( an hour late). I had to move most stuff myself and even then they didn't clean some areas. And my front room carpet is quite dry even though they just left. Really unfortunate as I could have gotten similar results with a rented steamer. Sad to say, but I won't use this company again.
