We provide every type of service for the painting trade: garage floors, new construction, re-models, power washing, faux finishes, staining, etc.

I have been a licensed/insured contractor in the state of Utah for 20 years running. I guarantee the absolute highest customer satisfaction. I would consider it an exciting privilege and opportunity to help you with any projects that you might have available.

I get a lot of repeat customers because I am extremely conscientious, detail-oriented, and can be depended upon to always get the job done in the time frame given. I am in the business of making my customers very happy.

Here is my general pricing:

- Remodel, apartments and condo - re-paints priced by sight
- Commercial construction (new): $.35 TO $.45 a square foot wall space
- Doors: $55.00/per, Casings: $50.00 per
- Residential construction (new):
1 Tone: $1.60 base sq. ft. floor space
2 Tone: $2.10 base sq. ft. floor space
3 Tone: $2.65 base sq. ft. floor space

I am currently licensed, insured and carry workers' compensation. I have 2-10 man crews (depending on schedule) and you can be assured that I will be available throughout the entire contract. My crew is well paid and well trained. I believe I have the best employees in the valley. Your contact throughout the entire job will be me.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Re-painting homes that customers currently live in or have moved out of and want to paint before selling. We also do a lot of apartment re-painting and exteriors

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. That they are making the right choice!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. That painting can be fun if done right the first time!

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Mainly that I will get there job done right and they will be very pleased with the results

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I have been in business for 23 years and am well versed in all phases of paint work. I personally do all the jobs with one or 2 employees and quality control every aspect before we move on to the next phase of work. My jobs are smoke free, drug free and alcohol free

A. Can you give pghone estimates: Not usually as this gives the customer an inncorrect estimate. I need to view and walk job with customers and ask pertinent questions

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. We painted a Train Caboose for a client who wanted to open it up for a computer store out in Salem Utah. We had never painted a train Caboose before so I brought out my sales rep from the paint store and we came up with an appropriate plan of attack and submitted it to the client who was very impressed with how detailed it was. We completed project and client was/is very happy

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That I am alcohol, drug and smoke free and most in my profession do not adhere to those principles

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. My older brohter taught me how to paint and I was a quick learner and enjoyed it

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I am a memeber of the Painters Decorating Corporation of America (PDCA). Paint contractors all over the SL valley meet once a month for a dinner and we discussion concerns, issues, legislative acts and strive to improve each others services and the community

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. We painted a Walgreens in Heriman Utah. It took about 1 month and the contract amount was for $14,600.00.
