- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are affordable!!! We prefer to provide a price range online instead of a fixed rate. Usually, it is hard to price correctly without evaluating the work that needs to be done. We try to go the extra mile in all of our jobs, we try to go beyond the standard, and most of our clients require from us more than standard service, we are affordable, and our prices didn't go up with the current Pandemic situation! We strive to deliver a good service accessible to everyone who needs it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask for your number and will follow up during and after the service to make sure that the job is done correctly. If it's not, we will redo the job until it is done correctly! Communication is a master key to performing well in our first shot!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are studying methods and chemicals constantly to improve our job and effectiveness. We work for healthcare providers with high cleaning standards, great guest capacity restaurants, and industrial facilities. I'm obsessed with the quality of service we provide!
