Austin was great on the phone and understood exactly what I needed for my home’s carpet cleaning! I have 3 dogs and they have accidents especially in the basement. Dakota was the one that did the job and my carpets look BRAND NEW!! He called before arriving (I love when companies do that!) and after he realized that they quoted me too much and took some $ off because the rooms weren’t as big as he thought. This company was the best price I could find and they did an excellent job! I definitely will use them again! Please don’t listen to other more expensive companies out the that say less $ means they won’t do phenomenal work! Don’t let them bully you or make you feel like you’re making a bad decision if you don’t go with them! It’s just not true and they’re trying to rip you off! I know from experience (I have a story I f you’d like to know more- it’s crazy 🤯) I am not one to leave reviews but this company deserves it!
