Hello! We are Katie and Logan, an energetic acoustic duo featuring two guitarists, vocal harmonies, and the occasional harmonica and ukulele. We have an extensive cross-generational song list featuring over 150 covers ranging anywhere from artists such as James Taylor, The Beatles, and Billy Joel to Bon Jovi, John Mayer, and Taylor Swift. In addition to our covers, we also have a selection of original songs if your event is seeking local singer/songwriters.
We have experience performing at weddings, vineyards, house concerts, birthday parties, engagement parties, private/corporate holiday parties, bars/restaurants, and a variety of special events such as Fashion's Night Out in New York City and Pickin' for Parkinson's Fundraiser and Silent Auction in Elkin, NC.
Whether you are looking for musicians to get your guests singing and dancing, or you would simply like pleasant background music, we will customize our set list to fit your event's needs.
Thank you so much for your interest!

We hired Katie and Logan for the cocktail hour at our wedding reception. They did an amazing job!! They are both tremendously talented and played an appropriate mix of songs for the crowd with no direction. All of the guests were commenting on what a great addition Katie and Logan were to the ambiance and setting the tone for the evening. It was an unforgettable evening and began with great music from Katie and Logan!! Thanks for being so professional.

A. There are countless musicians out there that you could hire for your event. How do you know who the right ones are for your needs? What many people do not know is the hours of preparation and rehearsal that are necessary to become truly quality musicians. We pride ourselves on putting hours into our rehearsals, making sure each song has been arranged beautifully, so it is prepared and the best it can be for our performances. My advice would be to listen to demos, make sure there are testimonials and reviews to read, and if you can, go out to see a live performance of the musicians you may hire for your event before you hire them.
A. Most male/female acoustic duos that you find feature a female vocalist and male guitarist. With us, you are getting two quality singers and two guitarists, giving us the opportunity to sing vocal harmonies and feature both rhythm and lead guitar parts in our songs. Additionally, on some of the songs, we even throw in a fun harmonica part for a little something extra!
A. To put it simply - we love music. Our song list is great because it is extremely diverse and we are constantly adding new material, making each performance as exciting as the next. We love to connect with our audience and see them singing along or dancing to the familiar favorites as we perform.
A. One of the most commonly asked questions is if we take requests, and our answer is most definitely yes! We love to learn new material, it keeps us fresh and challenged, and we welcome the opportunity to add new songs to our list.
A. Our favorite event that we have ever performed at is the Pickin' for Parkinson's Fundraiser in Elkin, NC at Twenty and Main Restaurant and Wine Bar. What an amazing experience! The owner of Twenty and Main had been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and the restaurant hosted a silent auction and fundraiser in his honor. It was touching to see the members of this small community come out on a rainy and cold day to show their support. The spirit of the event was hopeful and positive. People were up dancing to our music and we even had some guests from the event jump up on the microphone and sing with us! It was an incredible opportunity and we hope to offer our services at more fundraisers in the future.
