Introduction: IQ Computer Services is different from most computer repair companies. We charge flat rates, have affordable repair options and perform work onsite. We offer everyday discount to Military. When you have a computer problem, you want someone to listen, understand your pain and help you get your computer back up and running quickly. I'm a friendly, technical guy, who can tackle nearly every computer issue that comes my way. I've been working on computers, websites and mobile devices for nearly 20 years and put that experience to work for you. My favorite thing is meeting new interesting people. I love working with people and helping them with technology. I believe that great customer service is the most important part of any good business. My goal is to improve daily and give my best at every task that is brought to me.

I brought Marcus my new Dell Inspiron 17r SE laptop to have Windows 7 added and to have the Blu-ray drivers installed. Additionally, I messed up the upgrade installation of Windows 8.1. Marcus handled this entire job both in an extremely professional manner and very quickly. When I came to pick up the PC, Marcus patiently described what he did and the benefits of Win 8.1. Also, Marcus followed up his work with both a phone call and e-mail to offer any additional help that I might need. All of this wasn included in a very reasonable cost for the amount of work that he did. I highly recommend Marcus and his company, IQ Computer Services, for any computer repair, update, or performance enhancements.

Before I met Marcus Reed I had been caught in cell phone hell. Phone after phone,all Samsung Galaxy, I purchased had to be returned for one reason or another. My fourth purchase was a Blu Life View. They're a lot cheaper than a Galaxy and for good reason. They aren't any good. But then I gave that same phone to Marcus Reed. He turned a phone that was another disastrous purchase to one of the best phones I've ever had. With every rooted bell and whistle you can think of. At one point I called his work number and 10 pm. to ask a question about the phone. Thinking I'm just going to leave a message. Not only did he pick up but he solved my problem in a matter of seconds. I'm almost 60, which means I've been around long enough to know that it is hard to find a company as dedicated to their customers as IQ Computer Services. Not only do I recommend them, I've decided to stop buying 700 dollar phones that are obsolete a year later. A better idea is to purchase a "Like New" phone from Marcus Reed at IQ and save the five hundred you have left over for something else. And "no" I'm not related to the guy. Do yourself and your wallet a favor. Use IQ Computer Services.

Marcus was extremely professional and responsive! He was able to take my computer on at short notice, called me shortly thereafter with his diagnostic, and proceeded to quickly fix the computer. In the course of his work, Marcus identified additional issues with the computer, which he shared with me, and was still able to get the job done - well and quickly. We are very happy to have a much improved computer which was repaired at a very fair price!

He's very nice and friendly, and experienced with his work. My laptop keep freezing frequently when i'm approaching my thesis deadline. i sent it to Marcus' place and had it diagnosed and repaired. The diagnose results were that everything's good and he helped me cleared up a few file fragments left over by some anti-virus software i installed earlier. it recovered for a while but froze again a few days later. But it was too late to have it repaired again, so i restored my system using Sumsung Recovery Solution by myself, and this time everything just worked out. Recommended him for hardware repairing.

Working with Marcus was a wonderful experience. He provided the best customer service hands down. He resolved my administration and wireless connection issues in a timely manner.
