- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat fee based upon the nature of the case. In our retainer agreement, we make sure that all conditions are explained.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with him or her on the phone to learn the basics of the legal issue; quote a flat fee; meet with him or her in the office; learn more about the case; answer any preliminary questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
