Had JC Remodeling repair some trim on the exterior of my townhome. It was in a tricky to access spot which made the very small job more difficult than a standard exterior trim repair. I reached out to several companies for quotes and Juan’s was the best value of the lot. We decided on what exactly needed to be done and Juan had the entire job done two days later! The repair looks fantastic and they have kept my HOA off back for at least another year!

Jose was on time and got the job done quickly. He replaced some wood on our playset, powerwashed, and painted it. We also had him repair some drywall in the garage. We’ll use him again for other handyman type jobs. Make sure you are clear in the pricing and understand who is buying what materials and how that factors into pricing your job. We paid by the job, not hourly. Price was fair and good work.
