Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Like with most things, you get what you pay for! Those with a lower rate often take more time to solve issues. Because of my experience, I solve problems more quickly.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Three words: Depth of Experience! I started working with PCs and Macs since 1992; my senior year in high school. I installed my first domain controller three years later in 1995 and became a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in 1998. I obtained my Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification in 2001.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The thrill of troubleshooting and solving very hard problems.
