Gail is amazing and goes above and beyond to accomodate you. She is young, energetic, and down to earth. For me it was like working out with a friend! The reason I chose Gail vs. the other trainers who sent me bids was because she was the only person that seemed to truly care about MY personal fitness needs. She sent me a personalized message. Whereas, I could tell that others just simply copied and pasted. Then she called and we chatted for about 20min about my health history and diet/excercise regimine. We have only been at it for a short while but i already adore her! Oh and she is prompt and extremely responsive. On my way to a kick ass body!!

A. I would recommend meeting the trainer in person for a consultation. You should be looking at the trainer's experience, physical condition, if they are attentive and focused on reaching YOUR goals, client referrals, an in-depth view of their contract, etc
A. What the commitment level is?
Has the trainer worked with clients with similar goals before? And if so, what is the client's success rate?
Payment, cancellation, and rescheduling policy?
What certifications and experience does the trainer have?
You should also be paying attention to the personality of the trainer... to make sure that they are friendly and sharp... yet assertive!
