Hello Sarah H. I have just regained access to my Thumbtack account, so I apologize for the delay in responding to you. I was stunned and really concerned to read your review. Please accept my apologies if I did not offer you my best in anyway. Tennis is my life sport. I am fully dedicated to tennis and each of my clients means the world to me. I have been teaching and coaching for more than 20 years and have never received a review like this, so I searched my calendar schedule and archive records back to 2013 to see if I could locate your session. The vast majority my lessons are private or semi-private lessons and I generally do not teach over the winter months, so I thought it would be easy to locate a record of any clinics or group lessons I have given during the past 18 months. Despite searching back to 2013 and finding 3 other clients named Sarah that I had given lessons, I was unable to find you in my records. If my memory and records are mistaken, again please accept my sincerest apologies for providing less than my very best. I would be happy to offer you a complete refund for your sessions. Just let me know the date and location they took place. In addition, if you would be kind enough to permit me a second chance, I would be willing to provide you a package of complimentary private lessons to show you that I really care about my students. I have wonderful relationships with everyone I teach, from as young as 4 to as old as 80. Tennis is the sport that I love and have been involved with as a student, amateur/professional player and now a coach for nearly 50 years. It gives me the greatest pleasure to introduce and train others to this tremendous sport and I would like to ensure you have a chance at that same enjoyment. Thank you Sarah for your communication.
