- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We are CompTIA A+ Certified IT Service providers who train apprentices for the IT profession. We work with our tech everyday in the lab and in the field to solve common problems such as: "I can't print..., I can't get on the internet..., My computer is running slow..., I think I have a virus..., I need to install a bigger hard drive..., I need to transfer my old data to my new hard drive..., I'm having trouble syncing my devices...!" My advice for anyone looking to hire someone is this: Remember you're actually considering 'starting a relationship' with someone who'll have access to your valuable information. Make sure they have at least some type of industry specific certification, and a manufacturer neutral credential so you can get professional, unbiased advice and services!
