- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer first time client 10% off our Green Screen Fun Photobooth with Props, wigs, masks, and hats. Our Pricing is fixed for our Standard Hair Styling, Makeup Services, and Photography Services. However we also discounts to returning clients and clients that refer us to other new clients. If a prospective client has questions they should always always reach out to us first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will speak with them over the phone for consultation and if they would like to meet in person it's completely up to them. We communicate promptly through Phone, Email, and Text. The only time we require an in-person meeting is for Wedding and Event Makeup where we must do a Makeup trial with our prospective new client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Certifications from New York Institute of Photography & Certifications in Kryalon & Bobbi Brown Makeup Artistry & Air Brush from Emmy Award Winner Suzanne Paterson. Marca College School of Hair & Makeup Certificates. Paul Mitchell School of Hair & Makeup Certificates and Awards. Sephora USA Makeup Awards. We are master editors in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom. We have experience in Styling and conducting our Hair Styling & Makeup Services for our American & South Asian Celebs regarding Photoshoots and having our work published both on covers of magazines and in magazine spreads. We have conducted many Weddings both American Style & South Asian. We have Styled and conducted our Hair Styling & Makeup Services on Models for New York Fashion Week.
