Damien at Ramirez Electric recently installed two ceiling fans for us. Neither location had existing fans or lights, so these were not simple installations. He arrived to our house on time, very patiently talked through the options with us, and completed the work quickly and efficiently and at the agreed-upon price. We are in the process of getting our house on the market. I stopped in to check on the property and noticed a fuse that was out. I tried to reset it and it popped again. I needed help so I turned to Thumbtack. I didn't expect any responses on a Saturday, but within 30 minutes Mr. Ramirez contacted me with a solid quote to diagnose and fix the issue. He was at my house by 2 pm, and finished with the first issue in less than an hour. Then we found a flush mount LED light that had gone out. He waited on Saturday for me to go get a matching set to install. He was wonderful and didn't price gouge on a weekend. I would definitely recommend him for last minute work.
