Robert was very responsive for a piano quote. And when we asked if they move other large items, he gave us a very fair price for everything: spinet, sofa set, bedroom furniture, Pinball machine and arcade machines. They arrived promptly and were very professional throughout. They moved everything with care, even in the tightest areas. We highly recommend Robert, Thomas, and their crew. These gentlemen went above and beyond moving my piano to its new owner and hme. They arrived right on time, were very efficient, and were very mindful of protecting the hardwood floors. They had the piano loaded in under 30 minutes, including set up and clean up. There was a problem at the delivery location when the recipient didn't answer the door. They waited while I tried to reah the recipient. I couldn't reach her, so they had to leave. I heard from the recipient about 10 minutes after they left, and when I contacted them, they turned around and returned to make the delivery even though it put them behind schedule. And they didn't even charge additional. Thank you, gentlemen, for your help! You made lots of people very happy today!
