Really happy with this service. They removed our old system and installed a new reverse osmosis and water filtration system. He was so knowledgeable about the different brands of systems and gave really great recommendations. Would definitely use them again!

Chuck and Veronica were a pleasure to work with. I wanted to install an RO system in the basement with connections under the sink on the floor above and a connection to the refrigerator. The estimate was accurate after the initial assessment. The quality of work done was excellent. The value for the quality of the work is fantastic. I have used Nova Water service for installing my whole house water filtration system, 2 weeks back. He did an awesome job. He did his job perfectly, without any rush, definitely not like my previous plumber. Very punctual, responsive and good experience in his field. I definitely recommend this team for any plumbing job.

I had Nova Water install Water softener system as well as replace hose bibs a few weeks ago. He did an excellent job, lower cost than anywhere else I found. So nice and efficient! Weeks later I had questions about a system that was already installed when we moved in and he called me right away and answered my questions, even sending video so I could understand. I will call Nova Water for any and all water problems since I know job will be completed the right way!! Excellent company. I have told my friends and family to call if they have water problems!!!

Wow! Honesty and willingness to help still exist. Called thinking I needed a new regulator valve or even a water pressure tank (via remote diagnoses from another company and the city reps)! Ended up being walked through a simple 5 minute process to adjust the regulator valve over the phone - no charge! You have EARNED a customer for life! Thank you for your honesty and willingness to share your knowledge with a layman. Highly recommend.

We are a small business and don't have the overhead the larger companies have to pay. Our prices will beat the competion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers looking to buy a filter for the first time, we will do a FREE consultation with water testing and provide you with expert advise on the types of units available to you and the cost breakdown. You will NOT be pressured to buy on the spot, we will not have one day deals. Our prices are economical and we want you to make the best decision for you and your family. For customer that already have a system and are looking to have us take over the services, we will also come out for a FREE consultation to assess your system (s) and get to know you to establish a customer relationship. We can service your unit same day or schedule a different time to come back out.
