Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Look for someone that has a proven track record for quality of work finished in a timely fashion of no more than 2 weeks at a reasonable cost. Ask to see sample of the work. A photo can be taken and sent to demonstrate quality.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. La Stitchery is a perfectionist. Quality of work is number one. A satisfied customer is great advertisement. That person will be an embassador for La Stitchery. La Stitchery has received many referrals through word-of-mouth due to the quality of the embroidery or printing. Work is also completed in days not weeks.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The business is very satisfying in that La Stitchery is able to witness the satisfaction of each of the customers and if one is not satisfied, to be able to remedy that immediately. It is a personal satisfaction to meet and exceed the expectations of a customer. Design is at the for front and to be able to listen to a customer and complete a design from that discussion is very rewarding. Creativity and problem solving are key ingredients for making La Stitchery busy.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Customers commonly ask on what products are we able to embroider or print. They also want to know the cost of the job and whether or not a discount is given for quantity. They also want to know when the job can be completed. They want to know if they provide the item or we do. They never ask about quality. That is something that is not said but expected.
