The business is very satisfying in that La Stitchery is able to witness the satisfaction of each of the customers and if one is not satisfied, to be able to remedy that immediately. Design is at the for front and to be able to listen to a customer and complete a design from that discussion is very rewarding. Very personable, equipment was state of the art embroidery machines. Reasonable rates and was able to complete the project within the quoted time frame.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $30 per hour for digitizing a design and $1.50 per 1000 stitches for embroidery with a $5 minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer is asked for specific details of the project. If it is just a font, they need to specify if it is to be in block or script format and what size and color. If it is a logo, they need to send a photo. An embroidered or digital sample will then be given via computer file to the cutomer for their approval.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught for the embroidery and digital designs. I have taken a class for a specific embroidery cut away design.
