  Tim and Kenny worked with to get my house ready to sell. They were able to do the things that i saw as well as recommend things that they thought others would see. They dealt incredibly well with a changing task list and recommended cost effective ways of doing things. Their work is first rate and they need no supervision.   PowerHouse did several extensive upgrades to our basement, including new ceilings, lighting, crown molding, sliding glass door, hardwood floors, and some painting. The ceilings and new floor look especially great and are a huge improvement over what we previously had. PowerHouse was professional, clean, and very easy to work with. We are very satisfied with their work, and will recommend them to friends and neighbors. We have already discussed having PowerHouse do more bathroom remodeling upstairs.

  Powerhouse did very fine work in my condo, and I recommend them. They totally remodeled my kitchen and bathroom, and they also installed hardwood flooring. Everything looks great, and I've already received numerous compliments on their work. Throughout the renovation the Powerhouse Team was thorough, efficient, responsive to my concerns, and a pleasure to work with. Tim's singing was an added bonus.
  
  Needless to say, my decision to have Powerhouse take over the project from the contractor who originally started (and botched) the work was the best one I made. The only thing I regret is that I didn't have Powerhouse start the project to begin with. Thanks again.

  The PowerHouse Remodeling and Flooring Company provided design and construction for an expanded brick patio. I was impressed with the design, which gave the yard more useable patio space for a modest estimate. The construction was done by a professional crew, who did careful work in a timely manner. I would use PowerHouse again for other home projects.
