- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in fine art photography and continue to educate myself through Professional Photographers of America where I am pursuing my Master of Photography Degree and a Certified Professional Photographer Certification.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had been doing photography as a hobby my entire life and when we got married we were not as extatic about our wedding photographer as we thought we were going to be. The pictures were ok, but we ended up directing most of the shots ourselves and the experience as a whole was impersonal and bland at best. We knew couples deserved a better experience on their wedding day than that so we went to school and finished our degrees in fine art photography and small business administration and started our business vowing to give the best photography experience and service that money could buy!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Engagements, Weddings, and Newborns! These are what we do most and what we LOVE to photograph! Especially when its our wedding couples calling us back a year or two down the road and letting us know they thought of us as soon as they knew they were pregnant and wanting to make sure we were available around their due date!
