You can only select three of five "what I liked" options, and that's a shame! I give five of five to include professionalism and responsiveness. My windows are crystal clear and were done on time and within the estimate. They even did a few extra windows at no additional charge. I am hiring TAK tomorrow for a painting job. Very impressed. Our project is complete and we are extremely pleased with the overall quality of work TAK Contracting performed. Mr. Gamez, TAK owner, was very confident in finding solutions to the wood rot issues throughout the exterior of our house during the initial discussion and quote of our project. His company’s work backed up his confidence and gained our trust in their workmanship and professionalism. He is patient, honest, communicative, and customer service-driven and takes much pride in ensuring his customer understands the plan and stages of the project. Due to TAK’s quality work we are happy that he has picked up additional jobs in our neighborhood, which is well deserved. With no hesitation we will call TAK for future home repair work and will refer them to friends, family, and neighbors. Our job was bigger than just exterior painting with TAK’s impressive repair and replacement of substantial wood rot. We are grateful for both their technical and customer service skills.

Juan and his team did an excellent job painting our townhouse. We had three bedrooms, a dining room, high-ceiling living room, a staircase, and one hallway. The work include walls, trim, and ceilings. We didn’t find anything to even be touched up afterwards. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Above all else, however, we were impressed with the value of the work. We took multiple bids and none were close to what Juan quoted. Additionally, I would like to highlight Juan’s honesty. At the conclusion of the project, and before accepting final payment, we were informed that the project came in under budget and we were asked to pay a final sum lower than originally agreed upon. I have recommended them to family and friends and would also recommend them for your project.

Juan and his team are consummate professionals. They did an excellent job carefully taking down (and putting back) my art, curtains etc off the walls, covering my furniture thoroughly and completing a large painting job in <2 days. Juan has 18 yrs of experience and even gave me new design ideas. I plan to hire his team for kitchen cabinet painting next year in my next phase of remodeling.
