When Walter, of Rivera Welding, came to do an estimate in my home, I was a little hesitate because his pictures were of work he had done outside with guard rails. I needed an inside staircase renovated. He assured me that he does both decorative railings for inside the home as well as outside rails, and his portfolio of work is truly incrediable. He did a wonderful job! I could not be more pleased. Walter is reasonable in price, efficient, neat, and very professional. I recommend him highly.
