Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We stand behind all of our work. If you aren't happy then we aren't happy. In the event that something goes wrong at your event or something makes you unhappy, we will not leave until the problem is solved and you are happy again. Not many companies stand by their work anymore but you can be guaranteed that we will!
Our slogan is Creativity is our Passion. We love to be creative! What does that mean to you? Not only will we will come up with creative ways to try and save you some money but we also ensure that all our events are one of a kind events so your guests will never see the same thing twice.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love seeing and hearing how happy I have made my clients. The smiles and laughter are what keeps me motivated to do my best each time I do an event.
I also like meeting new people and doing different events. Each event is different in it's own way and they keep me on my toes.
I also love being creative! Anytime I can create a one of a kind centerpiece or decorate a beautiful table then I am the most happiest.
I think everyone is beautiful and I have learned something from each of my clients...that I love too! :)

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Q: Why don't you have prices on your website?
A: I offer many services and although I offer package deals, there is always room to customize them to the specific needs that you have. I am also passionate about my job and I feel that everyone needs a little help now and then so I will work with you on the price to ensure that you get the help you need.

Q: Do you have specific vendors that you work with?
A: Yes we do! Since our business is based on referrals, we carefully select our vendors that we refer out as they are just as much a reflection on Bella Mia then they are on themselves.

Q: Do you work alone or do you have a crew of people?
A: This depends on the size of the event and what is involved. If I need to bring on extra people for the event then we will talk about that up front so that there are no surprises. Oftentimes, if the situation allows for it, I will "hire" my 15 Son to come and do the event with me. He is very detailed oriented and takes direction well...and works for lunch! :) I will always check with my client to make sure they are ok with him being there. Of course I will take full responsibility for him.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I have a lot of favorite stories from different events that I have done. The most favorite that I can think of right now is planning and executing an All Night Grad Party for over 500 students at a local HS. It was a lot of fun and seeing the looks on the kids faces as they looked through the window down onto the casino and games was priceless. I felt good knowing that I was responsible for keeping these kids entertained enough so that they wouldn't want to leave and potentially do something silly that they would regret for the rest of their lives. Every kid that stayed at the party because they were having a great time was one more life that I saved that night. I wish I could do this every night!
