We are very avid about customer service and no matter the size of the job we have a one on one relation shop with everyone. To busy to come to us not problem. Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. At RMS service we like to do things differently. Once entering the shop you are welcomed by a home like atmosphere. Our friendly staff will make you feel right at home. Our unique showroom resembles your typical living room to optimize your comfort .Enjoy a free cup of joe while surfing the internet with our free WiFi. Have any service questions or concerns we are here to educate. Our technicians will explain how to prevent costly repair bills and how to help keep your car on the road.

A. A very important question to ask a professional is their back ground. Are they certified? How often to they go back to trainings? What is the business background? How good are they business reviews? Are they up-to-date with technology such examples are they active on Facebook, tweeter, etc..
