Our technicians are highly trained professionals that are not paid on a performance scale but are paid hourly to ensure our customers get only a very honest service available. We do complete background checks as well as random drug testing on all employees.

We offer 24-hour service, as well as a great customer service agreement that gives our customers peace of mind, knowing their system is being maintained by true HVAC technicians. Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We service all brands of HVAC systems and also install Trane, Amana, Heil, Carrier equipment. We have been a Trane Comfort Specialtist for over 10years!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Check with services such as the BBB, Angie’s List, and Washington Checkbook. Read the reviews and complaints. Also friends and neighbors are great resources for referrals!

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Because we care. Since 1979 we have held true to our founder’s vision of offering Honest, high quality, work that anyone would want when dealing with any company. We also know the reason we are successful is due to our loyal customers. We always want to treat our customers the way we believe we would want to be treated. This comes out in our service, our installations, and the way we answer the phone. We are proud to hold an A+ rating with the BBB as well as a 98% rating through Trane Surveys! Over a 10yr period, that’s Amazing!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Knowing that all jobs are a job well done. There is nothing better than the satisfaction of knowing that over 20,000 customers have been satisfied by SSI. The Phone calls we recieve, the ratings we recieve, all let us know that we are doing a great job. Its easy to like your job when people tell you you are doing a great job!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Really, customers look to us to be the professional. They have us come into their homes or business to perform a service or offer a solution to their home/business comfort. It’s up to us to provide what the customer values most and provide services according to the customer’s values. They tell us what they want, then as the professional we come up with the solutions and go over them in such a way the homeowner can see that there needs are being taken care of.

A. For service all of our Residential Service Techs they use flat rate pricing and let all of our customers know up front what the price will be before any work is completed. There is a $119.00 diagnostic charge and all service agreement customers receive 20% off all charges. Sign up today!
