Eric was awesome and very professional. He came to to bat at a last minute need for a videographer to film my brother-in-law's retirement from the US Navy. Eric filmed, edited and delivered some great footage of the event. If I were ever in the need of a videographer in the Virginia area, I would definitely call on him again. The quality of what you get with Off the Wire Studios accompanied by the personable feeling you get from working with them is unmatched in our area. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should not think of the cost of their videos in terms of how much they can afford to spend at one time, because we allow payments in installments. Typically this is in 4 installments: payment 1 for pre-production, payment 2 for production, payment 3 to start post-production and payment 4 to receive the finished video. For larger projects, we can work out a payment plan that depends on the details and conditions of the project.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know exactly what type of video they want to make, be realistic about the cost of making it, and budget accordingly. See samples of my company's work as evidence that we take a lot of pride in what we do and only put out top quality work.
