I'm an event planner in the DC area. I was contacted last minute by a client who wanted to include face painting to their event 2 days, YES 2 DAYS, before the event. Charles responded in a timely fashion, worked with their budget and not only did he paint faces, he included balloon twisting into the price he gave us. I will definitely be adding C & C Entertainment to my Rolodex of vendors and referring him to my clients. GREAT JOB COACH the CLOWN‼️‼️‼️
