A. Find a provider that has invested in training and education in the field being offered.Make sure the experience in that field is enough to predict a successful outcome.

A. I think the problem with real estate is that there are so many areas of expertise that are required to be definitively great at this service. It either takes years of experience and education or a number of people collaborating for success.

A. Questions should be designed with what ranking or priority does the consumer give to various elements of the desired results.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. After 30 years in the field, the creativity of problem solving gives me the most satisfaction. In addition, the value-add aspect of the profession of taking a property and making it more valuable and functional is truly satisfying.
