Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Have a realistic expectation on what your project needs. If you know you require a hair dresser, a make-up artist and a studio, be prepared to add to your budget.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. That the day does not end we we get done shooting, the process has just started. The work we perform to edit the final product is extensive, post production work is detail oriented as we want the final product to meet and exceed your expectations.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. This is fun for us, if you don't do what you love, we can't expect people to love what we do. Each photography and video session is a great day for both us and the customer, we [in earnest] want the final product to exceed expectations
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The fact we turned our passion into a career. We have a full compliment for Canon gear, flashes, strobes, RC Helicopters and fun talented models, hair dressers, makeup artists and customers to make each day exciting...come on, what makes our job fun?? The toys!!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. *How much do you charge?* We can certainly do the hourly thing which on average is $90 an hour, however it is much better for the customer to give us as much detail as possible. Giving us detail should not be limited to simply telling us, but send us videos and photos you have seen that you like or even dislike and tell us why. What we do is so very subjective, so no two customers will agree on what a good product is. Let us get to know you and by virtue, we will know what you want.
*Do you guys have a studio?* We have access to one, but to keep cost down we chose not to own. 90% of our work is out of the studio, normally at the customer site or even their homes.
*Whats a Cavus?* Even though the definition is a high foot arch (Wish I would have looked that up first), but it is latin for cave. We have a thing for caves and also, Cavus was not taken on the internet. :)
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. That we are good at it ;)
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. This work allows us to work with new technology and blend it with customers who look forward to getting a project done.
