As troubling as my situation was, my experience with this agency was a good one. I never used a PI before and did not know what to expect or exactly what to do. They led me through it with compassion, friendliness and above all professionalism. I wish that no one ever finds themselves in my position, but if you do, Interprobe, Inc. and their team are who you want behind you.

I needed to find a missing family member under difficult circumstances. I found Interprobe and Kevin Hooks simply through an internet search.
Kevin Hooks' professionalism, creative approach, time and cost efficiency as well as effectiveness were simply outstanding. I am deeply grateful for his time, services and results. I wouldn't hesitate to either ask for his investigative services in the future nor would I hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone with such need.

I found this company through Thumbtack and was asked to review them. They just finished a custody case for me. They seem to be a very busy agency with this type of case but I give them an A+ for communication and keeping me up to date. They do excellent surveillance work and have top notch gear. My attorney was impressed too. Said he would start using them in future cases. I would have given them 5 stars but the final report took a few days longer than I thought it should. My attorney wanted it in a hurry.
