Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. 1. 18 years of experience. Over time, if you're truly dedicated to serving your clients, then you naturally learn how to do things in an outstanding fashion.

2. Reputable third party recognition. We've been honored for excellence by the American Marketing Association, The International Webby Awards, Society for Marketing Professional Services, Service Industry Advertising Awards, PR Week magazine, Washingyon Business Journal, and WTOP Radio Washington DC.

3. The value. Our quality is top-notch, while our fees are middle of the market.

4. The level of satisfaction. Clients aren't just mildly satisfied with our work. They rave about us with endorsements at our website. They refer us actively.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We enjoy just about everything that we do. Specifically, we have fun with brainstorming, designing, writing copy, sparking interest, cultivating publicity, training staff, introducing new technology, connecting valuable resources from our network, overseeing print and other production of our creations, hearing about new business we helped to generate, closing new sales, doing business with our clients, and so much more!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. 1. Can you ballpark the cost of your services? Of course, we're happy to do that. We even offer some flat rate services. Often, we need to have a conversation with you about the scope of your project first. This helps us piece together what's needed and how much of it.

2. Where did you learn all that you know? There are so many sources of knowledge. Here are a few of our most important ones: college, failure, books, news, articles, seminars, conversations, youtube, blogs, and forwarded email tips.

3. Can talent and intuition be acquired? No, not in our opinion. They can be nurtured and advanced, but you must have innate gifts before investments pay off.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. There is one wish that exceeds all others in importance. It would be wonderful if business majors in college, and others learning about business in vocational programs and through "the school of hard knocks" came to a universal understanding of just how vital creativity and brand excellence are to bottom line business success. Too often, these explorations need to be hard sold in business. It would be great if all knew of their inherent good sense and value. Creativity and branding should never be viewed as frivolous expenditures. They are investments in the long-term success of a business. They help to differentiate, firm up market position and promote loyalty.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. 1. We've been inspired most by voids perceived in the marketplace. So few individuals on this planet can balance creativity with sound business sense. Many have one or the other. The combination is a rarity, and we have it. We push our ongoing learning and development in this area on a weekly basis.

2. Also, with so many people motivated to grow businesses, there has never been such an exciting time to be in creatives services and marketing. There is such variety in the work that you're never getting bored or having your talents go stale.
