Miguel did a great job doing some much needed drywall repair in a few different areas of our house. He was extremely prompt and responsive in giving us an estimate, and completed the work within 48 hours. He did an excellent and efficient job for a very fair price, and was lovely to work with. Highly recommend!

We asked Perez painting for entire wall paining. Miguel was friendly but very professional! They were punctual and their painting skills were excellent. We will definitely ask Miguel for other projects in near future!

Working with Miguel was so amazing! He was responsive and gracious for being considered, and felt like his initial estimate was incredibly easy to schedule. After meeting him and walking through everything that needed to be done (ceiling repair, wall repair, trim painting and changing the room color), he was able to get me an estimate quickly, and immediately felt comfortable working with him. We were nervous about getting the job scheduled, as we are expecting a new baby soon, but Miguel was so easy to schedule with, and was able to get the whole room repaired and beautifully painted in one day. We look forward to working with him on future projects, as we have nothing but positive things to say about him, his professionalism, and work quality.

I had the pleasure of working with Miguel and Perez Painting for some painting work in my bathroom. He was punctual and did a fantastic job with a project that became difficult towards the end. He was able to complete the painting project while also correcting some pre-existing primer issues. Great job also with prepping the entire bathroom for the painting and also cleaning up everything after it was finished. Would highly recommend.
