Said is incredible and knowledgeable with windows. He came in and tuned ours up no problem and gave us recommendations for how to have them open and close easier. He came back and also installed screens in zero time flat! His workmanship quality is great and you can tell he knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend him as the best window service in DC!

We are thoroughly pleased with our experiencing working with Neighborhood Glass. Our child accidentally broke the lower pane of a double hung window on a Sunday evening, and we needed the window fixed the next day due to family visiting. Neighborhood Glass was the first to respond to my query on Thumbtack on Sunday after 9pm, and we set up an appointment for Monday morning. The worker arrived at 10:30am (texted when we set off for our place) and replaced the pane within 30 minutes. He even hauled off the broken glass. All this for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend their service!
